Saeed Ghodran Group explores opportunities for expansion in Azerbaijan through oil and petrochemical partnerships

In the context of strengthening economic and trade relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ghodran Said Ghadran, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saeed Ghodran Group, accompanied by Mr. Rajeev Chowdhry, Chief Operating Officer of the Group, visited SOCAR, represented by the Downstream sector, which is one of the largest companies operating in the fields of oil, gas and petrochemicals.

The visit included a meeting with Mr. Emile Al-Khasli, along with Mr. Nadim Kurbanov, where opportunities for cooperation and expansion in petroleum, petrochemical and manufacturing products were discussed.

The two sides also discussed ways to enhance economic and investment partnerships between the private sector in the Kingdom and the Republic of Azerbaijan, and to work on opening new horizons for trade and joint investment, which would contribute to supporting economic relations between the two countries and enhancing cooperation in vital sectors of common interest.
